Design Package
Sometimes you only need a basic floor plan to understand your existing space. Whether you need a single room, a small condo or an entire home, I deliver a basic service of accurately measuring your space and providing an AutoCAD-based floorplan.

Design Package
A creative process that translates programmatic needs and concepts into a physical plan of space. This is accomplished through organizing areas, determining traffic flow and laying out furniture. So if you are need of configuring your basement or laying out the main floor of your home, this might be the right package for you.

Design Rate
No area in your home is too small or large for custom millwork. I thrive on unique design and will help you create that perfect furniture piece. Depending on the scope, I will provide an estimate of hours to produce concept sketches, renderings and workcopy drawings.
Approval Package
Most condominiums require construction documents and licensed trades to approve your renovation. Some boards will also ask for a set of working drawings, scope of work and list of soundproofing products to be used. Although this may sound like daunting task, I will gladly help you put together a package for your condo to approve.
Design Rate
As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words but a 3D rendering is priceless. If you have a design but want to see how it looks in 3D, i can provide photorealistic renderings of you space. Please note that I do not provide CAD source files, but can produce high resolution JPG or PNG.
Consultation Rate
It never hurts to have a second pair of eyes to review your drawings. Whether its a simple kitchen layout or a complex house addition, I can assist you in analyzing your design and providing useful feedback.
