The first thing I do is listen. It’s imperative that I understand the reason or purpose for why you’re planning to renovate. Whether you require a lot of guidance or only a little, I can provide expert advice when it comes to kitchen planning. Understanding what you like and what you don’t like is critical in analysing your design taste. To help you grasp the scope of your project, I provide an itemized step-by-step of products and trades required to complete your renovation. You may not have everything selected or finalized, but the project checklist is a great tool to help you organize all the things you’ll eventually need to make your renovation a success.

Kitchen Design Package

This is where all the magic happens. Using the information gathered through the consultation (Essential Package) we begin the process of putting those ideas to paper. Through sketches and AutoCAD drawings, we will explore various concepts to understand the full potential of your space. Through careful analysis of each concept, we will narrow the choices until you’re satisfied with the best design. Once we arrive with the final concept, I will present you with floorplans and elevations with enough detail to obtain quotes from various trades. Finally, I also provide stunning renderings of your final design for you to fully understand what your beautiful space will look like once complete.

Kitchen Design Package

The overwhelming number of decisions that you will have to make is often the biggest frustration when it comes to renovations. It’s always nice to have a little help with contractors and trades breathing down your neck. With the design finalized through the vision package, I will assist you in communicating those details to the various trades. These include workcopy drawings and coordination with millworkers, fabricators and contractors.
